Celebration Bermuda
Originally bred in Australia, Celebration Bermuda grass is highly drought tolerant and quite visually appealing with its dark, blue-green color. With its low growing patterns and tough runners, Celebration Bermuda requires less mowing than many other Bermuda grasses. Also known for its strength and ability to withstand wear, Celebration Bermuda is appropriate for golf and sports field use as well as commercial and residential applications.
In addition to expanding rapidly after planting, Celebration Bermuda is more tolerant of shade than many other sports turfs. This resilient Bermuda grass grows in many soil and climatic conditions, and, although it thrives in hot, humid environments, it is also relatively hardy in colder conditions. Celebration Bermuda exhibits excellent drought tolerance.
